01 Who we are

This website, rigpa.in, is operated by RIGPA Tech Private Limited (“RIGPA”, “we”, “us”), a private limited company incorporated in India, CIN U74999TN2016PTC112576, with its office at 19 Aziz Nagar Main Road, Kodambakkam, Chennai 600007, Tamil Nadu, India.

02 Accepting these terms

By using this website you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site. If you are using it on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to accept these terms for that organisation.

03 What these terms cover

These terms cover this website and nothing else. In particular:

• They do not govern our work for you. Every engagement — discovery, design, build, support — is governed by the master services agreement, statement of work, order form or purchase order signed between us. Where those documents and this page differ, those documents win, in full.
• They do not create an engagement. Nothing on this site is an offer capable of acceptance. A project starts when a contract is signed, not when an email is sent.
• They do not cover our products. Amigo.care and Vaango AI have their own terms — see below.

04 Using this website

You may read, print and share these pages for your own business or personal reference. You may link to any page on this site without asking, as long as the link does not imply an endorsement, sponsorship or relationship that does not exist.

You agree not to:

• Copy, republish or resell the content as your own, or use it to train a commercial model without our written permission.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its server, or any connected system, or probe, scan or test its security.
• Introduce malicious code, or do anything that damages the site or impairs its availability for others.
• Scrape the site at a volume that burdens it, or ignore robots.txt.
• Use the site for anything unlawful, or in breach of the Information Technology Act, 2000 and rules made under it.
• Remove, obscure or alter any copyright, trade mark or other proprietary notice.

We reserve the right to block access where we reasonably believe any of the above is happening.

05 Intellectual property

Everything on this site — the text, layout, design system, graphics, photographs, code and the arrangement of it all — is owned by RIGPA or used with permission, and is protected by Indian and international copyright law. Except for the personal and business reference use described above, you need our written permission to reproduce it.

The RIGPA name, the RIGPA logo and mark, Amigo.care and Vaango AI are our trade marks. Nothing on this site grants you any licence to use them. Other names and logos appearing on the site belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify them.

Work we produce under a client contract is dealt with in that contract. Our standard position is that on payment the client owns the deliverables, the repositories and the infrastructure accounts; our pre-existing tools, libraries and know-how stay ours. The signed contract, not this paragraph, is what governs.

If you believe anything on this site infringes your rights, write to us at [email protected] with enough detail to identify the material and we will look into it promptly.

06 Our products

Amigo.care and Vaango AI are separate services. Each has its own terms of service and privacy notice, which apply when you sign up for or use that product. Descriptions of them on this site are summaries for information, not the terms you agree to as a user, and not a warranty about features, availability or roadmap.

07 Links to other sites

Where we link out — to a product site, a partner, or a reference — we do not control what is there and are not responsible for it. A link is not an endorsement. Their terms and privacy policies apply once you leave this site.

08 Information, not advice

The content here is general information about what we do. It is not technical, legal, financial or professional advice, and it is not tailored to your situation. Do not act on it alone — talk to us, or to an appropriate adviser, about your specific case.

Descriptions of past work, capabilities, timelines, metrics and outcomes are illustrative. They describe what we have done, not a promise of what will happen on your project. Statements about the future are statements of current intent, not commitments.

09 No warranties

We put real care into keeping this site accurate and available, but we provide it “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties, express or implied, including as to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, completeness, uninterrupted availability, or that the site is free of errors or harmful components.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any right you have under applicable consumer protection law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10 Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RIGPA, its directors, employees and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, business, goodwill, data or anticipated savings, arising out of your use of — or inability to use — this website, however caused.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our total aggregate liability arising from this website is limited to INR 10,000.

This clause is about the website only. Liability under a client engagement is governed by the limitation of liability clause in that signed agreement, which is negotiated separately and is not affected by this page. Nothing here limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or anything else that cannot be limited by law.

11 Indemnity

If you use this site in breach of these terms or in breach of law, and that causes a third-party claim against us, you agree to indemnify us for the reasonable losses, damages and costs, including legal fees, that result.

12 Careers and applications

Roles listed on this site are open at the time of posting and may be filled, changed or withdrawn without notice. Sending us a CV or an expression of interest does not create an offer of employment, an interview entitlement, or any obligation on us to respond within a particular time. We handle application data as described in our Privacy Policy.

13 Unsolicited ideas

Please do not send us confidential information before we have an NDA in place. We sign NDAs before discovery begins and we are glad to sign one first — just ask. Material you send us without an NDA is received on a non-confidential basis, and while we will not misuse it, we cannot accept an obligation of confidence over something we did not agree to receive in confidence.

14 Privacy

How we handle personal data is set out in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms. In short: this site has no forms, no analytics and no tracking cookies, and stores only your light-or-dark theme preference on your own device.

15 Changes and availability

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always the one on this page, with the effective date and version number shown at the top. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms, so it is worth a glance if the date has moved.

We may also change, suspend or withdraw any part of the site at any time, without notice and without liability. We do not guarantee that the site will always be available or free of interruption.

16 Governing law

These terms, and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them or this website, are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Chennai, Tamil Nadu have exclusive jurisdiction, and you and we submit to that jurisdiction.

If any provision of these terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the rest remains in force and the invalid provision is read down to the minimum extent needed to make it enforceable.
